ILLUMINATED SIGNBOXES

At Designer Graphics we manufacture a number of illuminated sign boxes (Light box) types.

These included standard aluminum extrusion boxed with opal acrylic faces and aluminum angle cover trims. Flexface boxes to suit flexible faces for wide format digital printing or vinyl graphics, and custom fabricated acrylic boxes with foamex backs.

Standard extrusion boxes with acrylic faces are suitable for internal and external use and can be made to suit a maximum size of 4800 x 2000mm. These boxes are 150mm deep single sided and 200mm deep double sided.

Flexface boxes are also suitable for internal and external usage and can be used for much larger signs. These boxes are 185mm deep single sided and 270mm double sided

Fabricated acrylic boxes are more suited for internal use but can be used in some instances externally. 3000 x 1500mm is the maxium size that these can be manufactured and are only single sided box with a foamex (expanded PVC) back for mounting, acrylic face removable. Depth of box can be a minimum of 50mm deep if neon lit, or 150mm when fluro lit.
